Actively hiring

We don't post jobs.
We look for people.

Pulver Industries is a small team building something that matters — AI systems that protect Europe's sovereignty and security. We're not looking for résumés that fit a box. We're looking for people who are extraordinary at what they do.

Built by
exceptional people.

We're at a stage where every person on the team shapes the company fundamentally. A job description would only limit who we find. The best people rarely fit a template — and the most valuable hires often come from unexpected directions.

If you have a rare skill, a strong point of view, and care deeply about what you build — we want to know you exist.

  • 01
Genuine mastery You're not good at your craft — you're among the best. You've gone deep, not just broad, and you know what you don't know.
  • 02
Builder mentality You ship. You iterate. You're more comfortable with ambiguity and a whiteboard than with process and a playbook.
  • 03
Mission alignment You care about European sovereignty and the responsible use of technology in defence. This work has consequences — and that motivates you.
  • 04
Intellectual honesty You say what you think, change your mind when evidence demands it, and raise hard questions even when it's uncomfortable.

Where you
might fit in.

These are the broad domains where we build. If your skills touch any of them — even tangentially — we'd love to hear from you. The most interesting applications often come from people who span multiple areas.

AI & Machine Learning

From perception and navigation to decision-making and sensor fusion. We need people who can build systems that work in the real world under adversarial conditions.

Computer Vision Autonomy Robotics ML RL

Engineering & Systems

Hardware and software, from embedded firmware to cloud infrastructure. We build systems that operate in the field — reliability and performance are non-negotiable.

Embedded Real-time Systems RF / Comms Avionics

Defence & Operations

Domain knowledge that can't be learned in a week. If you've worked in defence, intelligence, or military contexts and understand how these systems are actually used, we need you.

UAS Operations ISR C2 Systems

Product & Design

Designing systems for operators in high-stakes environments requires a different kind of thinking. Clarity, trust, and precision matter more than aesthetics.

Product Management UX / UI Systems Design

Strategy & Business

Navigating government procurement, European defence policy, and institutional relationships. We need strategic thinkers who understand both politics and technology.

Government Affairs Business Dev Policy

Ethics & Law

We take this seriously — not as compliance, but as core to how we build. We're looking for people who can help us navigate the hardest questions in defence technology.

International Law AI Ethics Dual-Use

Our process
is simple.

Step 01

You reach out

Send an email to info@pulver-industries.com. Tell us who you are, what you've built, and why this work resonates with you. No template needed — just be direct.

Step 02

We read it carefully

Every application is read by a founding team member. If there's a potential fit — even one we hadn't anticipated — we'll respond. This usually takes a few days.

Step 03

An honest conversation

We start with an informal call. No trick questions, no prepared scripts. We want to understand how you think, what you care about, and what you're best at.

Step 04

Work together

If it feels right on both sides, we figure out what a role could look like. We move fast and we're transparent throughout.

Got something to
bring to the table?

We don't need you to fit a job description. We need you to be excellent. If you're working on something interesting, have rare expertise, or simply believe you'd thrive here — write to us.
