Pulver Industries, founded in Munich in 2026, has begun its pre-seed fundraising process. The company is meeting with a select group of investors to fund early development of its AI-driven defence platform — a family of autonomous systems designed to give European armed forces a credible, sovereign alternative to non-European technology.
"Europe cannot remain strategically dependent on American or Israeli platforms indefinitely," said the founding team. "We're building the infrastructure for sovereign AI in defence — starting now, while the window is still open."
The pre-seed round will fund initial team growth, hardware prototyping, and early engagement with European defence partners. The company is currently headquartered in Munich and is actively hiring across engineering, AI research, and operations.
